Communication System
During normal working hours our staff will be available to answer all incoming calls. If for some reason we are unable to answer promptly, our automated voice mail system will answer. Please leave your message and we will return your call as soon as we are available. After hours emergencies that can’t wait for normal business hours can be sent to the doctor’s pager. Please obtain instructions and the emergency pager number by calling our main office number.  For other non-emergency calls, just leave your message on our internal voice mail system.

HouseCalls™
HouseCalls, a sophisticated software program, calls our patients to remind them of their appointments. HouseCalls is currently set to call two days in advance, giving you one full working day to make the necessary arrangements to be present for your appointment. We hope you like this system, as we realize every family is very busy and sometimes a reminder is just what you need!

Comprehensive X-ray Diagnosis
Our in house x-ray lab provides us with the finest hospital grade x-ray equipment with one of the few laminagraph dental office machines (takes films of the jaw joints) in the United States. With the comprehensive diagnosis these x-rays provide, Dr. Freeman can best determine the specific needs of each patient.
Digital X-rays -- No more films, no more developing, no more waiting! Images in an instant!
Our X-ray department is now fully equipped with completed digital X-ray equipment and we are really seeing the benefits of the latest technology!
Phosphorous plates are used when the X-ray is taken, the image is loaded into the computer, and then the plate is cleared with ligh exposure and ready to use again.  The result -- a very detailed film that can be magnified, lightened or darkened, made 3D, and much, much more, all with the touch of the finger.
Dr. Freeman uses all images to diagnose treatment at your very first appointment! Aren't computers amazing?!
